Revised marking scheme set by JKC & MPA (after comments by JKC in 2000/2001).
1st marking by JKC.
Comment: the exam paper was based on the first paper
set for the advanced certificate to avoid the problems that
can arise from a sole candidate sitting an examination.
This avoided the problem of having to moderate the marks as
the original paper gave a good distribution.
Marking scheme as set previously by JKC and validated by PB;
and agreed by the External Examiner.
Summary (to be adjusted when final exam marks
are confirmed)
Final mark is a weighted total based on
20% for assignements,
30% for project, and
50% for written examination.
The "final public results" are printed out in landscape format, signed by
both the chairman and external examiner, and returned to the college Registry.
