With the weighted-profile R-factor down to 12.2%, the calculated and observed profiles are now starting to match quite well. Note at this point that the difference profile is mainly +ve in the first half of the pattern and -ve in the second half of the pattern: the effect is small here since the starting value for the overall atomic-displacement parameter, B, is (by chance) rather good.
