General comments:
The use of capitals for most of the text is poor style.
Your should leave spaces after commas also.
The HTML has an excessive number of blank lines, plus tags that seem to have no function.
You failed to submit the photo despite two attempts. You would find that it does not link if you had tried to view the HTML file in a different directory.
