Some general comments:
A final touch would be to centre the whole table so that it works well
on large screens as well as small ones.
It is good practice to set the screen background to white since older
browsers default it to grey (the original web standard!) - I have
done this to your marked copy.
Your picture works fine, but it is good practice to scale the picture
to the size that you want it to appear in the web page, and not
get the browser to scale it. In extreme cases, you could end up with
some very large downloads for a very small object. For example, as the
BCA webmaster, a few of the corporate members sent me logos over 1024 pixels
in width, which would have taken ages to download, especially for those
at home with modems, and which I then compressed down a factor of about 10
in width (i.e. by a factor of about 100 in size).
Picture - note earlier comment - 1 Mark
Table - 1 Mark
List - Your list has been done as three entries in a table, which
is not the same thing as using an HTML list construction
with <LI> tags, etc. - 0 Marks
HTML - OK (your MS FrontPage HTML seems to work fine as far as I can tell,
even when tested against older browsers - in marked contrast to
the use of MS Word) - 1 Mark
Instructions - OK, except for the list - 1 Mark
