Comment: The actual size of the image is 211x279. The WIDTH and HEIGHT qualifiers to the <IMG> tag should not be used to scale pictures, though they will do so: better results will be obtained by scaling the picture beforehand using appropriate software. Note that your choice of values led to distortion of the picture.
