Hi Sian,
  Thanks for the reply. Re conversion of BMP to GIF, do you need a
Windows PC program for this? If you have the full MS Office suite, I
think MS Photo Editor will do this for you - not sure though since
the PC here in the lab is missing it due to having a very cut down version
of MS Office on it. (On workstations XV and ImageMagick are good for this.)
  If I can think of anything useful, I will email again.
