Hi Sian,
  One quick comment. I would recommend that at the top of your project
HTML file you use <BODY BGCOLOR=WHITE> or <BODY BGCOLOR=#FFFFFF> since
with some browsers that background can appear grey.
  Clearly refinement of data set A went OK - do try with B. Also you do
need to your model from A with data set B (just refine the scale factor
if you need to get a plot output file - some Reitveld programs need 1
cycle of refinement to produce an output file, others don't.)
You need to this in order to comment on the differences between using
a full data set and one with a limited 2-theta range.
  I appreciate that you may find it a little frustrating trying out
a monoclinic solution where one doesn't fit - this is actually is
a reflection of doing powder work in general, but without trying each
possibility one cannot be sure for certain which model is best.
In this case, there will be a clear preference for one out of the two.
