I wasn't sure if you were on the list Jeremy, but I have had considereable
trouble getting the software download from the internet.  I had to download
8 or nine times before I got one to work and I even had to download that
three times.

I think I've got the data file to work now but only because someone of the
PDlist was kind enough to offer some help on what they havbe done so far.
The tutorials and manual don't seem to offer too much help to basic learners
for how to go about running the program.  I feel that several hours have
been wasted on software problems and understanding what is meant ot be
happening and, to be honest, it still isn't very clear.

I know this sounds like a complaint, but I thought I should let you know in
case any others are also finding problems
