I am struggling with time since I have only just managed to start trying to
refine data set A (and B) but have a few questions for you.  If I can
resolve these in the next few days, then I should be ok to write something
up anyway.

Additionally, I am on holiday for a week from the 16th.  Would the extension
be a few days or a bit longer?

I have managed get some kind of refinement for data files A and B but have a
few queries about it.
The only major way that I can get the fit better is to resolve the
background function (5th Polynomial??) - Is this the only way to resolve for
the background in the project.  Also, I managed to resolve to an R-factors
of around 4.6%, and then went to resolve UVW but by doing this the whole
refinement went haywire.  Do these factors need to be resolved or should I
stop where I was?

Also, what style of write up should take place - should it follow the style
dicussed in Section 23 - Rietveld refinements results, or just follow the
requirements of the project outline?

I'm sure I'll be asking a few more questions when I manage to do some more
work on the project.
