Hi Sian,
  I have looked throughthe input file, and cannot see anything obviously
wrong. I am a lot less familiar with this Rietveld than with others.
It may be OK if this is the starting model before any refinement. I will
check what a scale factor refinement only looks like using the same
parameters, and get back to you.
