Dear Sian,
  I have picked up one bug due to differences between IE and Netscape
in release 13 that I was unaware - Both browsers send back a
statement of "Content-length" with the form contents, with the difference
that Miscrosft spells this with a capital L as in "Content-Length".
  I hope this is the solves the problems you experience in
release 13, which I initially confused with a downloading problem that
I had seen a few times in Netscape.
