Dear Sian,
  Quick question - You probably told me before, but just to confirm: Which
browser and version were you using when you had problems with the programs
in release 13. I have a suspicion that Internet Explorer seems to give 
errors while Netscape works OK. I will look into this, though it may
take a day or so to debug things if the Microsoft product is
doing something unforseen. Apologies if this is the case,
