Subj:   A problem with Release 13

Hi Jeremy.  I am having a problem (I don't know how large!) with "downloading"
the Unit Cell Refinement programs in Release 13.  For the generation of a list
of reflections for the silicon standard, and the instructions are to "SUBMIT
without editing to see the results", I get a message "ERROR!  Mismatch between
the html form and the server program."  For the other programs to look at
precision etc., along with the error message there is the added message
"Expected to find form item with name "ATITLE".  I'm not sure what the problems
is and I have no idea how to solve it.  I've talked to the people in our
Computing Department and they think the problem is with your server.  Can you
help, or is there a hidden bug that only affects me?
