   Re your MAC symbol font problem, have you seen the web page
http://www.tex2html/mac/ ? It was from this site that we found out how
to configure X-systems correctly (as mentioned briefly in the course material).
I don't know whether this works - If it does, I would be interested to
hear about it. As I said in my previous email, we have no MACs here for
testing this sort of problem out. (You should not that this was one of the
reasons why I insisted that students should have access to PCs where at
least we have some chance of sorting technical bugs out.)
