Dear Jeremy,

I have completed the technical form and sent it on. The only remaining thing
is fees. These will be paid by Rutherford, but I will need to raise a
purchase order for this. Owing to the glacial speed of admin, I suspect that
it is unlikely that you will recieve the cheque before the 29th November. I
assume that I just ask them to pay Birkbeck College for the course. Do I
need to specify the department or anything else?
