Dear Heizkia Rorimpandey
   This is just a quick email to confirm that I have received both the college
application form and the technical information form. I see no problems with the
latter. The college will formally forward me a printed copy of the college form
for signed approval. Once your place on the course has been formally approved,
college will send out further paper work that needs to be completed and
returned. Please note that this can take some time since the college registry
has to process many students at this time of year.
   The 2002/3 internet powder diffraction course will start on the 21st October
and I will be contacting you nearer the time with information on how to proceed
further.
