Dear Nicki,
   Don't worry - help is at hand! I will put up some web pages tomorrow that
give some PRACTICAL advice on how to get started with Rietica. I should have
put them up earlier, but the IUCr meeting intervened.
   By the way, the talk by your collegue Nicki Scarlett was excellent. I really
enjoyed it, though in general I found this year's IUCr meeting very dull.
I have heard much better plenaries in past years.
   Will write more tomorrow and reply in more detail as well. Just off home
