Dear Nicki,
  Just realized the problem (after trying out your username and password
and finding that it worked OK for me) - you need to add the final "/"
character (or better still add the default filename index.htm as well), e.g.
http://pd.cryst.bbk.ac.uk/pdroot/students/y01/agron-olshina/index.htm
It should then work. (I hope I didn't leave out the "/" character when
I gave you the URL originally - if so, my apologies.)
