Subj:   Reading Data Files into LHPM-Rietica

Jeremy,

I'm stuck at the first hurdle with the Project. I downloaded the DataSet A
and B Zip files to my C drive. I then extracted the files and renamed their
extensions from .txt to .dat as shown below. I have also downloaded LHPM
Rietica (Version 1.71) into my Program Files Folder. When trying to opening
the datafiles in Rietica (selecting either one and changing the 'files of
type' to .dat) I get an error message "Cannot determine datafile format".

Any ideas?
