Dear Noreen,
  Just to say that I have received both forms OK. I will give formal
approval to registry. Meanwhile, to get things going quickly you need to do
the following:
  Go to the notice board for the current year:
           http://pd.cryst.bbk.ac.uk/pd/enrol00/notice.htm
and read the bottom item ("welcome"). This has instructions, the most
important one being to go the second from bottom item on the notice board
and complete the copyright form. You will then get back the ID and password.
