Dear Mr. Cockroft!

I tried to solve the problem with our alpha. If I get Netscape on my
computer started you can choose several personal profiles. My own
profile has access to internet, but is not able to perform any
further options, like downloading of software. It seems to me that in
my profile something is missing.
I tried another one of my former PhD student and there I did get the
alpha correct in the technical enronment form. I tried to download
something and it also worked fine.
I guess that has solved our problem. Nevertheless if you have any
suggestions let me know, what might have be wrong.
