Dear Mr. Cockroft,

I can understand that you are puzzled by my answers to the technical
application form.
a) I have seen only a red normal style a! There must be some wrong
basic settings somewhere in the netscape software, but I am not
familiar enough with netscape to fix it myself.

b) Again there must be some settings that are not corectly set,
because I can't download anything from the internet. But there is
another computer around where this works. So I can download software
but not on the computer with which I'm usually working.

I would be very thankful for any suggestions. I will try to take a
look on my own into the software of netscape.

I hope this gives you the necessary informations,

Thanks

Wolfgang Seidl
